Illustration Friday "Daring"

This is an oldie but a goldie. One of my earliest "I wanna be an illustrator" drawings. I think she's pretty daring. I even re-drew her for my home page.

The best part is that she's based on an actual motorcycle grandma I saw in Austin
TX years ago.

That is sooo funny and she's very daring too. I don't know if I could make it over those hills.

Ohhh, can I say this ... looks like my mum when I was a teen. Same glasses, Dr Who scarf, bike, hills, but ... she was less daring by wearing a helmet. Yes I was embarrassed, but think she was daring now. Will show her this great image!
