My favorite season has always been Fall. In Texas, this meant cooler temps and the holidays. Here Fall is a beautiful display of color, color temps and notice that winter is on the way. Having just experienced my first east cost winter, I have to say that I'm starting to admire the season which announces the departure of snow rather than the arrival. I was always a bit prejudiced against spring in Texas because the two weeks that it occurred were lovely, breezy days but after that it was temps in the 90s for the next 8 months. So, I'm giving Spring a chance.

Reading over my past posts, I notice that the theme is very uplifting, life is beautiful type of thing. Well, my life is beautiful, I love it but I do have bad days, blah days, why is my face breaking out like a teenager days and compared to all the other talented illustrators I can't draw squat days. These usually pass pretty quickly, mostly because my husband refuses to let me wallow in anything and coming from a long line of worriers that is a good thing. My bad day theme lately has to do with promotion, where do I start? how much money do I spend? why can't I design a decent postcard?
