We had a busy holiday weekend. Visited family in North Carolina, where I was reminded how hot it really gets in the south. Had a great time and yummy food with family (including a dog which the pud followed around and barked at the entire weekend) and then came home in time for the Nationals versus Mets baseball game. It was a blast, the first 7 innings were great then we were creamed by the Mets. Lots of fun though, the pud was mesmerized by the people and noise. She started dancing to the music bits and clapped along with everyone. So it should be no surprise that my illustration friday entry for sport is influenced by baseball. The sketch is complete, now if I can just paint it in time.
