I love the 'youth' of your aging guy...very funny and poignant!
I truly wish I had had a grandma like this...it actually reminds me of me, if I live that long. My 15 minutes of fame was in a roller rink. I was 8 and I won the "shoot the duck" contest. Ranks up there with my wedding day. Lovely illustration- your colors are gorgeous.
hahhaha! Excellent.
OHHH! This is one of my favorites. As always you have wonderful color and a delightful style, and I love the take on aging!!
That's really funny! The way all the kids are placed the same as the old one ;-D

This reminds me... I should have drawn Ann Richards for "aging" preferably on her motorcycle. Texas may have too much summer, but it certainly has feisty women. I know what you mean about depressing towns... but I like the ones with courthouses on the square, especially if they have been partially gentrified... The super-malls and other cathedrals to commercialism aren't much improvement over the bare desert in my opinion.
would you mind if i take this one as a wallpaper on my desktop? i think it's great but so is all your work..
Teehee... i love the slumped kid in yellow ;OP
Sweet illustration, very innocent and cute!

ha! that's so fun!
McKinney & Denton have galleries, soda shoppes, and book stores on the square... as do Kerville and Granbury... I prefer beach towns with the above amenities... Thanks for your suggestions.
Oh, that's great. We have 'wrinklies' in-line skating along the prom here, so much for the twin sets, pearls and blue rinses!
