Re-do of the month

Since I am quite fond of re-creating my pieces, I think I'll stick with the title above. Here is my latest attempt. I wasn't happy with the green background and the perspective was a bit off. But (and there is always a butt) I think I like the larger lady in the intial painting. It is times like these that make me wish I was a digital artist. One day...

I do that sometimes, too, rework a former piece. Most times you lose and gain something in the process. I rather agree with you. I like the original better with the size of the woman. I also prefer her talking to the chicken, sans girl. But in the original, I'd like to see her feet not on the border, though that may be just a cut off from your scan or something. Hey...You can always do a redo-redo! : )
