I love that, "who often ignored each other when one thought the other was behaving ignobly." It sounds like me and my husband on a bad day! And it puts a much funnier spin on the situation too!

I think this series would make a good book.
Very funny. A friend of mine once used the word ignacious and I thought he was making it up to impress me with his expanded vocabulary, and here you go and prove him to be smart afterall.
