New Book Recomendations
Here are two books I bought recently and enjoyed.
By Marilyn Singer and illustrated by Gris Grimly. Very cute, offbeat rhymes and fabulous illustrations. These illos are what I create in my wildest dreams. The character designs and linework is kook-ily wonderful. Gris's site is here.

Ellen's 11-Star Spectacular Super-Deluxe Hotel by Larry Schwartz and illustrated by Kelly Denato. I picked up this book on the basis of the little girl and the pink cover. ( The pud is reaaly into the pink) I was floored by the use of imiganation and the illustrations which are full of detail and pizazz. Kelly has a really cool website here.

Gris Grimly is one of my favorite children's illustrator. Your artwork has always reminded me of his work. Wierd, funny, and a little bit scary. Just my kind of art!
